For the first time Children’s health day conference incorporates International Pediatric Student Conference 2018 and students interested in pediatrics are especially welcome!

Students will have an opportunity to present in following sections:

1.              Student scientific works;

2.              Clinical case reports;

3.             Poster session.

All abstracts received will be comprised in electronic book of abstracts.

After the conference on November 2nd, there will be a social evening for students.

On November 3, we offer a chance for foreigners to visit our Children’s Clinical University Hospital and take part in workshops at RSU Medical Education Technology Centre. These events are available for foreigners only. In case of free places in the list, local students will be notified.

INFORMATION ABOUT ABSTRACTS

General

Abstracts topics can vary from conference themes.

Abstracts may be submitted for oral, poster presentations or publications only. Authors are asked to advise their preference; however, the decision of which abstracts to select for oral presentation is the responsibility of the Conference Scientific Committee.

Abstracts must be submitted via the online submissionand registration system only. Only abstracts submitted via the online submission form will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review. Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.

Please note that there are no limits on the number of abstracts which can be submitted, however each individual will be selected to present a maximum of two presentations (either Oral or Poster presentation).

The Conference Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted. They will endeavor to schedule abstracts according to authors' preferences but reserve the right to decide on the final form of presentation.

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your abstract has been received.

Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been received.

Abstracts must be submitted in English.

Abstracts must be submitted via the online registration and abstract submission system. Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be considered.

References are not obligatory and word count is affected by inclusion of references. 

Student case report abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:

The submission form does not allow you to store your abstract as a draft in order to make changes. In case any changes need to be made, you are welcome to contact the Secretariat events@topsession.eu .

Please note that abstracts must be SUBMITTED before the deadline on 21st of October in order to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific Program. Results will be announced till 25.10.

Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees (exempt from payment are invited speakers, members of organizing and scientific committee) by the Early Registration Deadline will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication.
